8pm dinner with my 3 sons and it was a pleasant dining experience. We were seated immediately after arriving. The dining room was clean and well maintained. Our food was prepared as ordered and we had no issues. Would most certainly return again!

If we’re being honest with ourselves, this isn’t fine dining, this is IHOP, so we shouldn’t expect a fine dining experience. It took a little while to be greeted and seated because there wasn’t a dedicated greeter working, but the food was fast and the quality was better than I expected. I’d absolutely return again.

Was sat immediately, asked about drinks and menu within a couple of minutes of sitting. Service was spot on. My server checked in on us frequently and brought our food quickly. Food was delicious and my order was complicated and yet perfect. The only complaint I have is that the sun shade was broken off our window and the sunlight was hot and bothersome but besides that I am genuinely surprised by the service I received from this IHop.

Just average for an IHOP. At least they did not break the hollandaise sauce. They were not paying attention to the orders though. 2 women that were seated some time after us got their food about 15 minutes before we did.

Honestly, our sever was amazing. He was the only thing that made this visit worth it. I came here on a rainy Sunday morning with 3 kiddos, 16, 6, and a 1.5yo. Walked in and the “host” just stared at us. I said 4, and he took us to a table, put the menus on the table and walked into the kitchen to chat… left me standing there holding a baby… He didn’t even offer or ask if I needed a highchair for the 1.5yo… luckily the server came with water and was able to get me a highchair. When it came time to pay, I took my receipt up to the front to pay and while I stood there waiting for the attention of a staff member another waitress finally came over and said I was supposed to pay at the table and sounded annoyed that I was at the front to pay… Now, I haven’t been to an IHOP in a while, but that was always the way we paid before… Right? Also, prices are a bit ridiculous, $14 for a single peice of french toast and 2 eggs?!

Before I post this I want to let you know that I understand the understaffing situation in Parker. I ordered a cheeseburger of omelette and ended up with some tamato bacon catastrophe. I was like, where is the mustard and ketchup on the omelette, so I asked and she told me she put the wrong order in to my ticket.

Wow! Perfect. Jim was handling the 3PM crowd and he was way over the top with everyone. We just all loved his friendliness, timing, funny personality, realness. This is now our favorite IHOP! Thank you for hiring such wonderfully competent staff.
