Visited June 10th 2023 for breakfast. I ordered a French Toast combo with scrambled eggs. The server placed a small coffee pot on the table which was awesome. I also ordered an orange juice which was very tasty and the server served it pretty full. Also a nice win. This restaurant uses electronic tablets to take orders which seemed to eliminate any guess work for the cooks. Great work iHop! Would definently visit again. 4 stars!

Worst service I have ever had here. Used to be a regular, not any more. Our breakfast took over an hour to get to us. Then we had to wait almost as long to get a bloody check. The waiter kept telling everyone he was so sorry for the wait and that he was working so hard he was sweating his head off. However he was hardly in the dining room. He managed to lose his tip and I’m a 20%+ tipper.

The manager is racist and has rude attitude toward Muslims!! kept waiting for the waiter over thirty min to get our order, then we tried several times calling for him saying “excuse me”, he could hear us perfectly but pretended he does not and ignores us!! Due to corporate change this Holladay location IHOP has gone from the best service to the worst service! This location has lost its 10+ year veteran servers that provided the local community the best service! This morning my party of 5 were served by new staff that were so inexperienced that it took a full 2 hours to get in and out. We arrived at 9:30 to avoid the Saturday morning rush. It took 20 minutes to get coffee! Another 20 minutes to get someone to take our order. Our orders came but the wait people jumbled up the orders and had to start over . It was a full 2 hours later that we left the restaurant after just settling for what the servers brought! I paid my bill but did not leave a tip and will not be back! It was not a good experience! We want the previous employees back! This was outrageous! I expect to see the doors closing for good within 6 months !
