It deserves its other reviews in that drinks were very late after two requests. It’s kinda funny in that when we ordered, we ordered drinks but then it took over 20 minutes to get drinks to us, so we flagged down the host and another server who stood and discussed our request for our drinks and then ignored our request while our waitress brought out food for two other tables. We asked our waitress again, and she said she’d bring them after she brought out everyone’s food. You might think that was to keep their food fresh, but our pancakes were stale and barely warm. I requested a refill when my drink was half full, and I guess she thought I was being sarcastic because ten minutes later, I had to request again.

Please hire better waitresses. After we were sat at our table, we waited about 20 minutes for a waitress to take our order. After she took our order, it took her another 23 minutes to bring us our drinks. After about an other 20 minutes we were just about to stand up and leave and then we saw her walking over with our food.

This place has gone way down hill. I have gone there twice recently and both times was a disaster. When you walk in no one helps you for a good 20 minutes. Then they tell you to write your own name on a list. The first time i went they said it would be a 15 minute wait. After waiting about an hour they skipped over me and sat someone else. When I told the hostess that she skipped over me she was very rude so I left. The 2nd time I went they said it would be a 40 minute wait but most tables were empty. I put my name down on the list and I was the first person on the list. After waiting 45 minutes they once again tried to skip over me. I stopped them right away and said I am the first one on that list and I have been waiting 45 minutes. They sat me and as I was waiting for my drink order I could hear the lady that was after me on the list yelling at them because they tried to skip over her too. I finally had my order taken and waited a very long time for my food. The people sat after me were done eating and ready to pay by the time I got my food. My food was terrible. The cheese fries were made with sliced processed cheese instead of the shredded cheese they usually use and they were hard as a rock and nasty. I was there for atleast 2 hours. The only good thing about this experience was that the waitress was very nice among a sea of server trolls whom seemed like they had no business being there. I will not be coming here again. This place needs new management and a whole new crew. I don’t know what happend to this place because they used to be good.
