Don’t come here if you’re not a “regular” my family came in and we were waiting 30+ minutes to get our food, but the regulars came in and got their food and bill before my family got our food. Also don’t order the crepes here, this is what the menu showed for the crepes and this is what we got. Honestly the service here was terrible. I’d give this zero stars if I could

This place has the worst servers that IHOP has! Not pleasant at all, I waited about a year to put this review. I wanted to give them a chance, because Covid was happening, they were short of staff but is been a year since I been coming here and it hasn’t change. Don’t want to come back!

The service here was terrible. Waited about 25 minutes just to have our order taken. Food also took a very long time, longer than usual. And a lot of the times the staff was just in the kitchen talking and the chef kept arguing with the waiters so that was unprofessional of them and rude! And even more annoying is that I was double charged for my daughter’s order and I missed it at first because I went over it in a rush since we had been there for so long and when I finally realized that I was charged twice for the same thing I was already home. This was very upsetting and I will definitely not come back here!

We came as soon as the restaurant opened at 6AM and were seated quickly by a very cheerful man named Daniel. He had the attitude of a manager, at the least, and was consistently efficient and pleasant. The food was hot and fresh with good- sized proportions. We can recommend the Belgian waffle, the better-than-most sausage, and the southwest omelet which was big enough for two. The water tasted like tap water, but the rest was very good.

We waited 20 minutes just for someone to take our order, and then another 30 minutes for the food to arrive. When it did arrive, the majority of it was cold. Pancakes weren’t even able to soften the butter, and the country gravy was practically congealed. Nobody ever came to see how we were doing. Then it took another twenty minutes once the check was delivered for someone to come back and take the payment. Terrible experience.

For starters there is only one waitress an one cook. It’s about 3 50pm.the cook seems to be upset but our food sucked pancakes where dry an split apart pretty easily couldn’t flip these whack jacks cuz they came apart . Might French toast is mighty whack. No flavor no cinnamon just tast like water. BTW it was my birthday super disappointed should have went to Dennys. Hashbrown s look cooked but just peeled off the top everything under neath is mighty white an undercooked. Sunny side eggs where good.

Terrible TERRIBLE service. I sat down at this restaurant at around 12:30. After 20 minutes they finally asked me what drink I wanted. At first I thought nothing of it, because it was pretty packed when I got there. However, it took even longer to get my actual order, like around 30 minutes. At that time it wasn’t as packed anymore and new people came in around the time I got asked my order. This is where it gets really bad. It has been 1 hour since they asked for my order and I still haven’t gotten it. The new people that came got their order within 20 minutes of being there. I was growing impatient because at that point I had already spent 2 hours waiting for my order, and still, nothing. Something I could not let go though was the fact that I overheard them just starting my order. It was a mess! I was hungry and exhausted and my family was too. When I finally received my order they even forgot to give my father his pancakes and made my sister wait 10 more minutes for her burger. I just left that restaurant and my experience was unpleasant. I am very disappointed with the way they prioritize orders and I will not be dining here again.

Usually they are a *little* slow at this location, but today it’s an hour and 45 mins after ordering, food still not ready (email said 20 mins). About 15 other togo orders (several way past estimate but not as much) got their food. Either they lost my order or gave it to wrong person. Staff response not appropriate to rectify issue. They gave us food just before we were about to walk out without, and it was even wrong (less expensive) order.

WoW! I read the reviews and some were not so nice but I love IHOP and I’m new to the area so I decided to try it anyways. Daniel our server did not disappoint. He was great! The food was everything I expected and more. Food was warm, great presentation, perfectly cooked. I will definitely be back. Enjoy your day!
