My mother and I came in here on a Monday around 4 pm. Completely empty and no music or radio was on either, which made it more awkward. Server lady was nice, but strange to ask another employee to help bring out the food, which wasn’t a lot considering there was more plates than food on them! She could have stacked it, seeing that there was a TON of empty space on the plates… So little food…

The IHOP at Newport & Murrieta in Menifee gives that extra effort that says “I care about what I’m doing,” with a very attentive wait staff and good presentation of food. This one in Temecula doesn’t seem to have that. Employees seem unmotivated. Management likely needs an overhaul; this location gave a consistently good experience several years ago.
