Stood for 5 minutes waiting to be seated witch understand only one Server since it’s noon also looked like a Manger had to help clean while I was waiting for my food. Server was amazing though checked on me and very friendly. Sevice is only 4 stars because I believe they are understaffed. I had a BLT and it was good but not great and it would be nice to have a side of fruit as an option on the menu but was able to get anyway. Atmosphere was very cold and dead maybe play some low soft music for when its quit.

Can I rate less than zero ? This is absolutely terrible. Toast came cold. Food took over an hour. Never once asked if we wanted refills. Toast served without jelly. Pancakes served without syrup. Silverware had to be asked for. No butter on our toast. Really disappointed and won’t be returning.

The restaurant is new, clean, open, and welcoming. I was greeted by the classic diner smell of hot pancakes and fresh brewed coffee when I entered. There was a very short wait to get seated. My waitress Claudia was very friendly and attentive. I love coming to IHOP for the nice atmosphere and great food. I am so glad I can get gluten free pancakes!

Updated menu, no longer have senior menu. They now offer seniors 15% off all menu items. This is a great deal. However, they no longer have smaller plates for smaller appetites. Still good food, friendly service

Nice and quiet, compare to others IHOP that sit along the interstate hwys. New location, great friendly service. If you like country music playing in the background while enjoying your meal this is the place if not might consider going somewhere else.

This is a newer restaurant and it shows by the cleanliness. We went for dinner, and we were one of four covers presently being served (this place might not always be slow though). It was quiet in the restaurant almost too quiet. Our service was prompt and tasty.

never have i ever had an experience as bad as this. The waitress who seated my family was more than sweet but the waitress who was assigned to our table was completely off. Besides the place being empty, our food and drinks took forever to get to our table (40 mins) but we were missing food and utensils. Not one food item, we were missing about one item for every meal. The food was gross, had no flavor, not even salt could fix it, but the iced coffee tasted burnt. This waitress kept trying to talk about her personal life, interrupting the families meal on multiple occasions, but also kept getting super close to us and my baby. she kept asking personal questions and it was apparent she made other tables uncomfortable as well. she then complained about another customer to us as well which is off putting. her hands and fingers were covered in dirt and were incredibly dirty to the eye which is not what i want if you’re handling my food. overall super dissatisfied and not planning on coming here again.

The first time we went in we sat for over an hour while everyone around us was served (not very busy at the time even) and finally left after being told they completely lost our order. We decided to give it a 2nd chance and actually got food this time. It would have been a good expirience but except we can HEAR the staff gossip about us as we walk out the front door and 2 days later I check my account and see they scammed us for 2x the bill.
