service is bad. I’ve been here twice with my kids. Each visit was a very long time waiting for us to come. I had to go to the menu myself. The second time we were not approached at all. when we were about to leave without ordering anything, the waitress expressed dissatisfaction in our direction.

Ordered the seafood platter, Turkey sandwich and cinnamon rolls, out of tarter and The seafood was way over cooked and dry as well as the sandwich which had a whole half an avocado not even sliced. fries were soggy, forgot the cinnamon rolls and overall not good food or service. Very very dissatisfied.

Unfortunately we came out to dinner with 3 kiddos and a baby. We waited almost an hour once our order was taken when the food came out it was luke warm, dried out and they forgot the babies pancakes. The server never checked on our table or refilled drinks. The staff was completely absent and when we were done she set the bill down and at that point we asked about our pancakes where she stated “oh my gosh I thought she brought them out” and she went and got them they were Luke warm. I wouldn’t advise this location if you want good service and warm food. Pictured is one of the sandwiches which is literally a chicken strip with sauce the cheese wasn’t melted and it was cold.

I am a dasher part time. It’s an easy way to make a couple dollars. I have been dashing for over a year and have delivered to over 900 customers. I have a high customer rating and have picked up from many different kinds of restaurants (fast food places, casual dining places, greasy spoons, high end sit down places) you name it, I’ve picked up from there. I understand that things can go awry in the service industry (which can make for delays) they happen, I totally get it, it’s life. I picked up from this location tonight (7/14/23 ) at around 9. I walked in and noticed the sign that requested guests wait to be assisted. I stood at the hostess desk and looked around for a worker, but didn’t see any. After waiting a solid five minutes or so I called the restaurant twice to see if someone would pick up and assist me (no one did.) EVENTUALLY I poked just my head into the kitchen and made eye contact with a woman who immediately yelled for me to get outta the kitchen. Mind you, I poked just my head around the corner and made eye contact and she lost it. I poked my head back out and walked back to the hostess desk. She came out and continued to scold me and went on with snarky comments about how everything “can’t be as we expect it.”I mentioned that I had called twice and no one answered and that I had been waiting at the hostess desk and aside from four guests in the restaurant it was a ghost town. I told her the customer service there was awful and she said “ I don’t care.” I asked her name and she continued to scold me and then stormed off. I’d suggest Dashers stay away from this location, some restaurants get it and are speedy with food prep and have good customer service or at the VERY LEAST are good with communication, others simply don’t. I will never pick up from this location again. For diners, it’s a good chance you can probably make a better omelette

IHOP was really struggling the night we ordered our take out. Severely understaffed. I spent about 10 minutes at the front of the restaurant before anyone could speak with me. One family came in and walked out rather than wait. And there was almost no one eating in the restaurant. That being said, the food was good once we got it.

The food quality at this IHOP location is consistent with other branches. However, the service here is consistently disappointing. Whether it’s long waits, lack of attention, or neglecting to check in after serving the food, the service is subpar. Recently, we were turned away despite the restaurant being open for another hour and a half, with the excuse of being understaffed. Even though the restaurant was empty, this kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially considering there were only three of us.

Kids eat free from 4 to 10. If you want to skip the crowd go there before 4 to skip the crowd and, noise. Now they have gluten free pancakes and waffles which are very tasty. Update: 8/25/2023, took my son here for his birthday breakfast. The hash browns were a bit oily, but every single was fresh, hot and tasty. Thank goodness they have gluten free bread items now.
