Mmm… great Drunken Grandma’s Pizza. The vodka sauce was sweet, mild and the crust was both smooth and crunchy. It was different than any pizza I’ve had in Jersey, in a distinctive way. Would order again!

Il Forno Restaurant is tucked away in a small shopping mall by NJ-28. There is ample parking and a good amount of seating inside the restaurant. The decor and atmosphere are reminiscent of an Italian marketplace given the painting and the lights hanging from the ceiling. The staff was very nice and polite.

Very good Slice of Pizza. I was expecting a little more crunch from the crust being that it was from a brick oven. It was more on the floppy side, but nonetheless very good. Tight parking lot and the plaza is tucked away from the main highway. Customer service was excellent. Woild go back again

I’m not from the area and stopped by after doing a search in google maps for “restaurants in the area.” I purchased 3 slices of pizza with extra cheese, sausage, and pepperoni. I was hungry, so I ate them in the car. The slices were great. The size of the slices was good. The cheese was good. The sausage was real. The slices were so good that I went back into the restaurant to buy a small pie. Lol. I’m sure when the owners read this they will know who i am. Regardless, the food was worth the praise. I dont have any pictures because i received the prompt for this review the following day, and….the pizzas are sadly gone.

Great pizza, fair prices, really nice guys. Not from the area and had to find something quick for the kids. Pulled in and they were willing to make us an order while we waited outside. Pie was done in less than 15 and we were on our way. Saved the evening!!!
