Good sandwich, but it wasn’t what I ordered. Supposed to have vegan fried chicken, had some kind of sliced turkey instead. I’m fine with substitutions, but no one at the counter said anything.

I placed an order through Uber eats and the majority of the order was incorrect. I ordered the Matt Cain wirh red onions, pickles, banana peppers and jalapeños; made it a combo with starry soda and voodoo heat chips. I also ordered a strawberry calypso.

Maybe u have to go in to get a good experience. Takeout was AWFUL!! This was the NASTIEST sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Every order was messed up. I will not eat hear again. Huge disappointment

So today 5/18/22 I ordered 2 Hot mamas and 1 Dr pepper, and a bag of chips. One sandwich i ordered with jalapeños and didn’t get them which i could have lived with if only the second sandwich was eatable. I ordered that one with avocado and the sandwich was slathered in so much buffalo sauce and avocado that the bread was falling apart and the wrapper was drenched. I will never order from this Ike’s again. Whats even more frustrating is I tried calling many many times and no answer.

This place has gone down hill considerably. The menu is hard to read with all of their alterations they have made, the employees have obviously not been properly trained or just don’t care. Ordered 2 sandwiches both of which came with fried chicken, wasn’t until we ordered the 2nd one we were told by a different employee that they were out of fried chicken, the girl at the register had no clue. It’s impossible to hear anything, with the loud fans and music they need to speak up. Also sandwiches were poorly prepared and wrapped, lettuce all over the place, sauce only in certain places, barely any meat on either of the sandwiches. The Dutch crunch bread was soft (no crunch at all like before) and creased as if something had been sitting on top the bread before we ordered it. I used to love coming here when I would come back to the bay area, but I will not be going back to this location.

Completely disappointed. The store is a mess as are the workers. Took 35 minutes to get our order, fries were soggy, sandwich was poorly made, no ice for the soda. We will not be back which is sad, the location in AZ was amazing.

Ordered delivery and received a sloppy sandwich that wasn’t made to order. I asked for modifications- including additional items and removed items. I have allergies, I’m not just being difficult. The sandwich came with all items I asked to be removed, and the additional items were on the side. It’s like I ordered a premade sandwich. Y’all are way too lazy to be taken seriously.
