The sandwiches were delicious!!! I would have given less stars for service but they fixed their errors. My daughters sandwich was made completely wrong and she wouldn’t eat it but I ate it the next day and enjoyed it thoroughly.

The food was delicious. They have a ton of cool sandwich options both for omnivores and vegetarians. It was awesome being able to get a sandwich with mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers on it. The staff was very friendly and the seating area was clean. It’s a bit more expensive than somewhere like Subway, but better quality and more variety.

Gave up trying to go to this location . First time I went for a pick-up order, mistakenly did not check my food until I arrived home- it was the wrong order. Okay, it happens, I’ll give them another chance I thought. Second time I go the power is out at the location and they’re closed – not their fault as neighboring businesses were affected too. Third time was the last straw for me. I go in the afternoon and was the first person in line. It turned out that they’re clearly too busy to take my order. I waited at the counter for nearly 10 minutes without anyone taking my order. I get that they have to fulfill online orders, but one would think the in-person customers take priority since they’re already at the business. I walked out and headed to a Jersey’s where I was able to get my order done within 5 minutes. Mind you they were also busy with online orders and a line. Get it together Ike’s!

I went to Ike’s on recommendation from a friend and was excited to try something new. I didn’t not have a great experience though. Sandwiches were decent but I was not expecting to spend nearly $50 to feed two adults and a kid. The $5.00 kid sandwich and was one slice of cheese on toasted bread. Inside was empty with a loud fan that made it hard to have a conversation. I went outside because inside wasn’t inviting and the table and chairs were dirty and covered in bird poop so we just left. I’ve paid $15 for a sandwich before but that was at a clean, sit down type of place with servers and really good food. If I’m looking for a quick lunch or dinner, I’ll stick to my less-than-$10 subs at competing restaurants.
