The restaurant was very clean the waiter was very nice and make sure we was good. The oxtail was amazing with the grits and the promise pebbles waffles as Fie! Fried Conch Mac cheese and baked bean and collard greens was good!

Service is a bit slow. The food is good here and the portions are better and bigger than the competition. The oxtail are not Jamaican, or american style either. I can’t pin an exact country but it’s good with a thin soy based sauce. The yams were so good. Mac n cheese was great, no gooey mess here actual casserole. The unique waffles are good here, I had the red velvet. Area is clean, you can sit and eat.

So here is where I got to try something that I have been Kraving to try! Oxtails and Grots and OMG they did not disappoint my palate!!!! I love ever scoop of this dish! Which came out and ready! I had not sucked on some bones like this( which important to do if you want to get the full flavor of the meat)!!! Yes thank you to the owners who were apologetic about the wait but I understand why there was one in the first place. If you go make sure to go early because the hours do vary depending on the day!

I usually order breakfast from here bacon and egg sandwich and oxtails and grits. The sandwich costs around $7 with tax and the oxtail and grits large $22 it is so good I believe the small oxtails and grits costs like $17. The food is delicious and this is one of their new locations in the city on 7th ave. Try them out!

I took my family after church today. The service was TERRIBLE. Moves entirely too slow. The manager has the nerve to catch an attitude when I shared my concerns that half of my party received food and some didn’t. It took my daughter 45 minutes to get her chicken and waffles. Others in my party had already eaten their food and my daughter was still waiting.

The food wasn’t bad. The baked beans were good but a little too sweet. My favorite was the corn bread. I had the fried chicken with collard greens and Mac & cheese and the fried conch. The chicken as decent. The Mac was ok but lacked some cheese. I would rate ikrave a 6/10. I’ll be back to give it another try

My daughter told me this place is definitely a place to visit when I come to Miami. She never recommends food places. iKrave is amazing. I ordered the oxtails and grits. The food was absolutely amazing. Each bite took me back to grandmas kitchen. Our server Nya was super nice, friendly, and attended to our every need. You will not be disappointed.

The oxtail, grit’s and shrimp were delicious. This is true itis food and full of comfort. The fried conch didn’t have any taste without the dipping sauce. I was disappointed by the mac and cheese, tasted tart likely from too much mustard. No sharp from cheddar cheese but more tart and sour like. Service was friendly but forgetful and had to ask for my hot tea and sides a few times. I’d go back and try some of the other items on the menu or order the oxtail, shrimp and grits again.
