First time in was during First Friday and it was wonderful! The pizza is amazing! We went back again a couple weeks later to order another pizza and to get a take home one (clue that the pizza is awesome and that good!). The staff is great! We had Gabby on our second visit and she was knowledgeable and had a great personality. The best pizza I’ve had in AZ to-date!! The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 is they forgot the pepperoni for the take home pizza and the state of the restroom. 🙁 It was out of toilet paper and the door didn’t lock! They quickly took care of the paper situation and informed me they would let the owner know about the door. I hope it has been repaired by now.

New Times did a profile of the 6 best restauranters in Phoenix and this place was featured. We picked up a pie before our day at the baseball game and it delivered! We did the Calabrian aka the Za because we like it hot. One pie is enough to feed 2 people with a normal appetite otherwise get your own if you’re hungry.

Stopped by for some pizza prior to a baseball game at Chase Field. Right off the bat, the Caprese salad was delicious! It started us off in a great mood with its fresh tomatoes and basil, burrata and buffalo mozzarella, and the perfect compliment of a balsamic reduction sauce and olive oil. It didn’t stop there, because the pizza was very well done too. Great crust-crispy on the bottom, a little crunchy on the Crist but chewy inside. The toppings were fresh, flavorful, and in good proportions. So good! Pizza fans need to check out Il Bosco Pizza!

One of my objectives is to discover the top-notch pizzas in the city and Il Bosco unquestionably made it onto my list! Their pizzas are exceptional, crispy, bursting with flavor, and downright delectable. Although I usually opt for a margarita pizza, I gave their pepperoni pizza a try and it was equally fabulous. If you’re on the hunt for great pizza in the vicinity, search no more. Il Bosco is situated downtown, making it the ideal destination for a pre-night-out dinner.

Half the pizza was raw, other half obviously burnt. Two stars for good customer service at restaurant. Very disappointing to get home and discover the take home pizza to be burnt. Called the restaurant and was told “this happens with oven cooked pizza.”

They had a full house inside and out on the patio…on downtown PHX 1st Friday. Our food was delivered hot and delicious. The wait staff were all friendly, professional, and totally unfazed by the busseling crowd. My only suggestion would be more and better wine choices and don’t serve wine in water glasses! Please.

Why the 4-stars? Simply because the meatballs were lukewarm and they always seem to be out of the cider/beer I want.

This location was in a nice quaint area in downtown Phoenix. We tried the Valentina pizza which has a nice balance of a sweet honey with a spicy chili sauce. The service was quick, friendly, and attentive to the customer needs. I would definitely recommend this location !

We had a great dinner experience. We were quickly greeted as we walked in and seated on their specious patio. The service was friendly and prompt. We didn’t ever have to wait for empty plates to be removed or ask to refill drinks. The food is tasty. The pizza is definitely falls near the top of my list.

Came here a couple of nights ago with my partner. Friendly service from our server Riley and cute patio. My main reasons for 4 stars are the prices and those ravioli. We started out with the fried ravioli because they sounded absolutely amazing. We were disappointed when the plate came out with only 5 ravioli that could each be eaten in a bite or two. They tasted like something you could get from Sonic for $2.99- felt like we were eating something that went straight from the freezer to microwave to table. Not worth $9.99. However, the Divina pizza came through. A 12” pie with 6 slices, the Divina was topped with a couple of types of peppers, prosciutto, and caramelized onions. Very tasty and baked in a real pizza oven. The thin crust was crispy where it counted but still soft enough for those of you who like to fold their pizza. The size did leave us hungry though. As tasty as the pizza was, for the size, $17.99 did not make sense. I tried to reason that it was because of the high quality ingredients, but the prosciutto was used too sparingly for that to be reason enough. Not sure if I’d come back because of the pricing. The pizza was so good that I might have to check out some of their other ones though, and hope that the ravioli is the only thing that should be taken off the menu. Lactose intolerant beware: cheese doesn’t usually do it for me but I thought I was giving birth shortly after leaving this place.
