We were looking for a place to eat and had our dog. We found Il Davide and gave them a call. Matt hooked us up with an outside table so we could take our dog. When we arrived we were greeted by outdoor lounge singing and a lovely atmosphere. Matt greeted us, and our dog, and then set us up with a table outside.

We had the bruschetta with shrimps, and burrata as appetizers. Both were well portioned and delicious. For main we ordered the mushroom tagliatelle and shrimp tagliarini. In hindsight probably should have just ordered one pasta and get another small plate instead. Service was prompt and to the point. Overall a pleasant dining experience.

My wife and I love this restaurant, they catered our wedding. We went in for lunch on my wife’s birthday and we were seated quickly and met with warmth and smiles. The server was very polite and responsive. My wife had an issue with her salad and they brought her a new one right away. There was a mixup with our wines and they offered us a free glass to make up for the mix up and then brought us a desert on the house. I was very happy and although my wife’s experience was not as great the wait staff and host did everything they could to accommodate us. We will be coming back for sure and my crab Louis was excellent

The service was amazing! They were very busy and very nice. The prices were not that bad! Our server was very very nice and gave us complimentary Calamari because of a previous mistake. The food was great and so was the dessert! I ordered the Cacio E Pepé and for dessert was the Peanut Butter Gelato with a Gavottes Fan Wafer! Thanks for a great experience 🙂 Would most definitely come back again!

We’ve been to Il Davide several times and even used them for our wedding. Quoted by some of our friends as the best wedding food they’ve ever had. The Truffle Ravioli in particular was a huge hit. Sitting on the outdoor patio on a cool Marin summer night is perfect. Highly recommend Il Davide.
