A month ago I had friends arrange to have a dinner get together here at this restaurant . They had been here many times and raved about the food and incredible personal service. After my dinner here with our friends I felt the same about this lovely restaurant . My son wanted to take out his fiancée to a genuine Italian restaurant for date night , so I highly suggested this restaurant for their evening. . Unfortunately, they did not have the same experience my husband and I had. They were passed up for service with other regulars at the restaurant and the service was not much to rate about . I felt bad about their experience at the restaurant and to have suggested your restaurant. And unfortunately , they will not return. I don’t want this experience to occur with other customers. Please service your customers like they are your regulars so they spread the word of the restaurant and they become your regulars. Unfortunately you lost our sons and fiancée return to your establishment .and probably my husband and myself return as well
