The guy Ryan who put in our order was really friendly and helpful and our servers who served our pizza were the friendliest I’m definitely coming back to this place in the near future and the pizza especially the number 4 is to die for I actually ordered a 2nd pizza to go after finishing my first, the pizza makers really know what they’re doing and they make the best pizza ever and I know that can be said about a lot of places but for real best place ever and best pizza ever true rating 5000/10

This is my fave, the Bianca, missing half its ingredients and half the size. I’m not sure how this even went out the door like this. Broke my heart. I ordered a 7” that was half its size too. Asked for parmesan and spicy oil and got neither. I’ve eaten here for years but…this was soooo bad.

Great pizza! It’s genuinely wood fired with ever so slightly burnt crust. This brings out flavor and balances the acidity. The manager corrected an issue for me and the wait staff are scary good. The negatives are pricey low end wine and dry tiramisu.

I had the Casino panini but had fresh mozzarella asded instead of provolone. It was very fresh and tasted like summer! They did not have the toppings I wanted for the pizza (I am weird about pizza), or I would have tried that as well. I added the little salad onto the sandwich, and that combination was perfect. My friends had a pepperoni and a meatball pizza, and they loved theirs. Very well done!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Servers only checked on us once, only got 3 small pieces of chicken in my food when I paid $2+ for chicken to be added not scraps. It used to be one of my favorite restaurants but it has definitely went down hill. The whole experience was uncomfortable and the atmosphere was definitely not welcoming. Smh.

Sorry to see this restaurant decline. It was late, but that’s no excuse for dirty floors. Calzone was just warm inside, which doesn’t build confidence that ingredients were cooked to temperature. Service was just ok. Il Vicino Bradley Fair location was a much better experience in the past. I would suggest the Central Avenue location.
