I visit this establishment several times before this particular day I ordered a large pizza, but the cook had to do something else that he could not put my pizza in so my pizza was late going in the oven however even though I was a little aggravated because people was coming in receiving orders, and their pizza. The cook came out and explain to me what had happened and asked me if I would like to have a cold soda as I wait so I thought that was very good noble and that’s why I gave this establishedment five stars. I was going to give four stars, but I gave five stars because of the caring and respect this cook displayed of how I could be feeling. This COULD be “The BEST Pizza in St. Louis!”!!! Unfortunately, the ONLY cheese you can get(anymore) is the “Famous” Provel cheese*!! The problem is, “Provel” ISN’T cheese! It’s basically White Velveeta!! Which turns into hot Elmer’s Glue…on a pizza!! Make a REAL CHEESE, like Mozzarella, available AGAIN & I guarantee more customers and sales!!!

If the entire state of Illinois got rounded up into a giant camp. And there pizza was offered to me as rations, I’d just die. Absolutely awful pizza. Very great customer service and atmosphere, just bad bad pizza, that doesn’t speak for the other food they offer, just the awful “squares” they serve.

They wings cost too much to receive all drum legs I personally don’t like drums legs and u can’t request for all flats but they’ll give u all drum n I call the store to see if the can fix this problem the manager on shift at 12/18/20 @ 2:00pm said it’s just how they come. I think customers should know how they food come before they spend they funds imos not cheap so I know they don’t want food lost but they about to lost customers who care about the food they ordering.

Had a pickup order. The salad was fresh but hardly any cheese they’re known for. My sweet tea was not that and tasted old. So gross. Dressing portions are small. I will give this place one more try and order something else. Fingers crossed.
