Haven’t received my food yet. I repeated my address over 4 times on the phone placing the order the worker said he found it. Clearly not when I got a phone call from the driver lost and his phone was cutting in and out. Called the store talked to the manager that wasn’t surprised at all. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again

The food was very good. And the staff was helpful! We had a meat lovers pizza, roast beef, fries, and bone in chicken wings. Pizza was very good. The fries are seasoned, and I am not a fan of seasoning. However, ketchup helped a lot. They were tasty and hot. Wings are so wonderfully crispy. Just to notify you their hot sauce is a mustard base, not a Tabasco base. The roast beef was very good! Will eat there again.

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out our delivery driver Don. We had friends in town and wanted to give them the STL experience so we ordered quite a bit of food. Our order was a tad late but Don was kind enough to call us and explain it was running a little late and apologize and ask if we wanted to cancel. Honestly it was only 15 mins past the delivery option but in my opinion he went above and beyond to call and was super nice at delivery. He deserves some kudos. Thank you!! Oh and food was fresh and warm.

I live 2 miles from this location and I drive out of my way to go to the arnold one instead. If I choose delivery the food will arrive cold. Every time. I opted for a carry out order the other night and still received food that seemed to be waiting for me even though I arrived at the scheduled time. I haven’t tried to eat in the dining area, but I wont be back at this location.

Just picked up a few wings and cheese garlic bread from this location. Bread was under cooked and stale, just enough to melt the cheese, and I’ve had better wings from 7-Eleven. Super fatty and zero crispness. This is unusual for Imo’s so I’m not to happy paying what I did, it’s sub par food.

Got them 2 times this week for carry out. Orders were both done in time, and both pizzas were both perfect. Have not gotten delivery yet, but the in house staff was nice both times. Not sure why all the hate. I know this though. If I was a delivery driver, and someone’s pet did damage to my vehicle due to the owners negligence. Well, then that individual would be paying for any damages done to my vehicle. Keep your pet on a leash.
