While taking a bite into my first piece of pizza, I found a very long BLACK strand of hair. My hair is Brown & Blonde. I contacted the store in disgust, asked to speak with a manager, the girl who answered stated that she was a manager, simply replied, would you like us to remake it. Never once apologizing or offering any other accommodation. This is very unacceptable! You would think, the owners, health department or someone would MAKE these people wear hair nets to try to prevent this!

Second time to try this local chain and really enjoyed it. Tried a pie “well done” since I like a crispier style crust and it was perfect! The flavors are unique to the St. Louis area mainly due to the cheeses they use. Highly recommended for tourists if you’re wanting to try something you won’t find elsewhere.
