We have been to this location a number of times and always had a good experience. However, today the pizza didn’t taste anything like an Imo’s. We asked several employees if they had changed something. Finally the manager told us they are no longer making the sauce in house. They get it sent to them in bags and it’s never the same. The staff was friendly enough and even said this is not the first time they’ve heard this complaint. We will not be going back until corporate fixes this.

Okay this imos is by far the worst I have ever ordered from. The soda we got out of machine was absolutely disgusting, it didn’t taste like coke, at all. By the time I got home to check my food the meat sauce doe my toasted raviolis was allover the bag. There was NO sauce on wings, no ranch that I ordered. Never going back here.

I’d never been to an Imo’s before, but my wife had YEARS ago and remembered LOVING it. We drive to/through Pacific at least a couple times a year and we always say, “We need to go there,” but we never do. I’m so glad we finally did! We hot a half cheese half pepperoni pizza and a deluxe with half no mushroom. The deluxe without mushrooms was AMAZING and the cheese and pepperoni was really great too! We will make this a regular spot when we are in Pacific, for sure! The service was great and it was fast too!
