Worst Imo’s in St. LOUIS!! If you consistently want horrible customer service and non quality food, then this is the place for you!! I tried to give them a few chances to get it right or even close to right, but they refuse to produce Imo’s quality food.(see pics) The pizza tastes like they use cheap ingredients. It looks like they just stopped it together, put it in the oven and forgot about it!! Needless to say I will never return. Stay away!

I’ve ordered from this location twice for lunch, once for delivery and once for pick up. The delivery order they forgot my drink and salad dressing, I called to inform the lady of the error and she said he would be back. After waiting for another 45 minutes, I went to the store to pick up my items and the rude manager acted as if I was trying to get over on her about some salad dressing and a drink despite me having the receipt and everything. The second time I ordered for pick up, ordered online, the little timer thing said the food was ready, I waited an additional fifteen minutes before leaving. I missed a call from the restaurant and when I called back the young man that answered said everything was fine with my order. I get there to pick up and the manager rudely says “I called you. You got your card and ID?” which I produced and she said “15-20 minutes” I then asked why the online timer thing says it was ready she proceeds to say “I don’t control that thing. I didn’t make your food because you didn’t answer the phone and you didn’t talk to me when you called back”. I explained how inconvenient it is since I placed the order online and that’s the whole purpose of the timer. The lady proceeds to tell me there are other locations and I don’t have to use this imos and that she and her husband are the owners and don’t need my business. All in all the errors were minor, we are human everybody makes mistakes but the “owner’s” attitude is really what takes the cake. Maybe the husband should come in and run the day to day operation because the wife has no customer service or people skills.

Do not, and I repeat do not order from this location unless you can go pick up your pizza. Food will be cold. I ordered well before they closed and I still didn’t get my pizza till an hour and a half later, right before they closed. I called them back and whoever answered the phone (and I’m pretty sure it was the same person who actually TOOK my order in the first place) acted like she couldn’t find my order, put me on hold multiple times in the middle of me talking, and got nearly all the information wrong while reading it back to me. Then when the delivery driver called me, he was so rude. He said “If you wanted your pizza you’d answer your phone” the phone rang maybe 2-3 times before I answered it -_- then when HE got my address wrong, again while he was driving to my house. When he got here, he was talking about how they are training new hires and that’s why there was a delay… that shouldn’t matter. They also didn’t give me the fountain sodas I ordered, but he replaces those with two, 2 liters and I would appreciate it more if he didn’t make a big deal about it and say he was “doing me a favor.” They also forgot part of my order, which was part of a deal they had going on. I will never order from them again, service was horrible and food was cold and dry. Just no.

I’m still lost at why it takes 45 minutes to make one pizza and garlic bread I ordered at 1:13 and 20 minutes later she still telling me 15 more mins I need some compensation because this suppose to be thin crust smfh

They work really fast. They are pretty nice in the food was good. Since the place is small, they’ll ask you to step out and find something else to do while you wait and come back. Just comply. It is tiny in there for a lot of people to be waiting other than at 10 out of 10
