I ordered & PAID for a two topping pizza! They hand me my pizza and guess what? It’s a one topping! The only thing they do is offer to remake the pizza! This is the second time this has happened to me this year. I’m going to have to stop patronizing this location. I wonder if anybody else has this issue or is it just my unfortunate luck?

Arrived to pick up order tonight . As I walked in a lady was sweeping the floor didn’t greet me at all . She then walked to the counter with AirPods sticking from her ears just looking at me . Never asking asking how can I help you ! I then processed to tell her my name to pick up my order ! Can you believe after placing my order on the counter she could talk ! She asked me would I pay with card or cash . Can you believe I still tipped he 20% on a $15 12” pizza . lol crazy me , she didn’t even say thank you nor have a great night ! Please hire someone with customer service skills or someone who can pretend they like the customers who patronize a business that is contributing to their paycheck ! Nevertheless I thought about asking for my tip back . However I figured she will need it more due to her terrible customer service . O job in their right mind would keep her . I visit this imos frequently due to having a business up the road. I like to give the cook 5 stars because the food is always delicious . She deserves 0 ! A robot could do her job better .

‘Top Flight’, my pizza maker was A1 great! His pizza was a Master Piece! He didn’t skimp on the toppings and the provel cheese was out of this world! The wait time time for was so fast it made my head swim! My new home for Fantastic Pizza, Fried Ravioli and Hot Wings and Ice Cold Coke! I’m ‘Coming Home’ to Imos, on Page, in Overland, often! Have ordered delivery for years from this location, for whatever reason they can’t confirm my address now and obviously reply on a software that is junk instead of pulling my address up and seeing its literally 2 blocks they have to place me on hold 3 times to ask a manager what to do and the manager knows just as much lol what a joke and they wonder why they are continuing to lose customers

Order and received a pizza with no cheese. Completely unhelpful manager Bridget said she cut the pizza herself and knows there was cheese. Will not order again sadly never had any issues before for years. What happened to the old team. Terrible change.

One of the worst Imos locations around. Terrible staff, terrible service. On one occasion a delivery driver nearly backed into me in the parking lot. Another ocassion they dropped my pizza on the floor when I arrived to pick up, and just today they gave me the wrong food. The wrong food was even dumped over in the container…. I’m done giving these guys second chances.
