IMO’s was definitely on my list of places to try in St. Louis. I had two orders in a week. The first time I ordered a medium hamburger pizza, and the second time I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza & toasted ravioli. The service was good, the cheese and meat worked well together, and the thin crust had taste and substance. The pepperoni pizza and toasted ravioli were not as good in my opinion. The pepperoni had no flavor, and the sauce lacked the taste of the hamburger pizza, as did the toasted ravioli. Overall, I give four stars, despite the fact that my subsequent order of pepperoni pizza and toasted ravioli was not as wonderful as the previous pizza. I understand that certain jobs are not as efficient as others, but the overall service & environment was efficient.

The Manager JOHN was very RUDE this place is getting more pathetic by the day 2 hour deliveries and burnt pizza !! Believe me I tried to order from your competitors they was all closed !! I wanted Cecil whistlers where my food is always fresh ! I would never order from this Imo’s again in life !! Poor service and quality. I’ll be contact the health department and BBB this place needs to close down ! Horrible and rude

The pizzas was burnt, over cook and cold ! I spent $50 for this mess. I will never go to this site again, they’re horrible. I just called to complain and they requested I come back to the restaurant so they can see the burnt pizza, I told them I can take a picture since I was across town, or I can bring it back in tomorrow. The district manger said he needs to see it in person, so I’ll let the comment page see the pizza ! Don’t visit this site, or go during another shift other than night shift….. I honestly believe they gave me a canceled order. The order was ready within 10 minutes, again they’re horrible.

Just ordered a pizza and when it arrived my husband and I were disappointed with the burnt edges making our pizza rock hard on the edges and soggy in center. He called and was treated poorly saying bring the pizza in and manager doesn’t believe bc she cut it herself…we just payed and were also charged a delivery fee. Poor customer service and the absolute worst imos pizza ive ever had. Will never order from this location again.

My husband is an Imos fan from way back. Me? Not so much but I tolerate it for him. Today, two thumbs down from both of us. Price has gone way up on the lunch special just like anywhere else but this is ridiculous. $12 for a 8 inch pizza, salad, small drink. Bacon none existent, buried in the cheese and the pizza tasted rubbery like it had been warmed over, not freshly made. Salad was still good but the dressing was even a little off. It’s really sad because this used to be the best Imos location around.

Ordered 50 toasted raviolis for myself (only GOD can judge me). Asked for enough sauce to drown the delicious morsels in, and they did not disappoint. Additional sauce costs extra (as you’d imagine), but they actually hold up their end of the bargain. So, whoever was working there on September 23rd at around 10pm, you da real MVP. Respect.
