First time have STL pizza. First off – it’s not quite pizza. It is it’s own unique culinary delicacy. But it is really yummy!! I got this featured flavor with a tangy sauce, chicken, red onion, and bacon. The combo with the cheese was so good. Glad I came a tried it. Once in a lifetime experience.

Food is great. The people there were very nice. There’s a TV in the sitting area which lightens the atmosphere of it. There’s also a bathroom we can use if need be. The area itself is a busy street so be careful if you’re coming across to come here.

I use to love this establishment but the customer service and the professionalism seems to have drastically dropped when calling in the past few times to place an order. The feedback on the call was as if I am a bother to the the employees when asking about the menu. Customer service is my job in multiple industries and I believe that service with compassion, good verbal skills and empathy goes a long way in business.. I don’t know what changed but it made me feel as if my service is unwelcomed.

I dont live far from Imos on Big Bend. I decided to go eat in.and , love my thin crust pizza and I love Imos. The person that took my order was very nice,my order was right out of the oven and perfect. The cheese sticks were just right. And my grandaughter lover her garlic cheese bread and extra cheese pizza.. the thing that made the whole experience even better was ,that when I left I forgot my glasses and phone. It was turned over by one of the workers to the manager and they called later to my son’s number so he could leave a message for me so I would know where I had left everything. That made my day even better. They took the time to get my items back and remembered that 3 of us were sitting there. Many times things are thrown in a box and you have to backtrack to try to find things. My hats off to them they are a good group of people and I truly appreciate the manager and the service guys.

One one the best Imos I’ve been to . The service was on point and the wings with the sweet and tangy had me sucking my fingers and bones. I’ll definitely come back to this Imos I loved everything about it.

On 4/22/23 I ordered a large sausage pizza and 8 buffalo wings . When I got back to my hotel to enjoy food with my aunt in which I raved about to her about . Our wings were raw. I immediately call back and I spoke with Brittany in which offered little to no support . Yes I got the wings in a deal and the only thing I wanted was my wings replaced . We did a carry out, I asked Brittany could I just pay the delivery fee and they bring them to me she said no because we weren’t in their delivery zone . I asked could she overall credit my account in which she said yes and hung up on me .
