Why take online orders if you’re going to be rude and hang up on customers when they call for info. I called once and she hung up while I was asking a question then, I called back just for her to pickup and hang up again. RUDE & LOSE

Gave 2 stars for he great customer service from phone call to pick up, but unfortunately the pizza missed the Imos mark! Did they use propel cheese? Didn’t taste like it! Or was the cheese old I’m not sure but definitely different then Saint Louis location!

Prices are sky rocketing compared to the other pizza restaurants which is why its making us go elsewhere as of lately. But we still love them. I wish the b sandwiches came with fries, onion rings or something. It’s another reason why we’ve been going elsewhere.

Tried Imo’s for the first time and it was terrible. The pizza crust was soggy like they didn’t cook it long enough and the cheese was all slid over. This should have never went out to a customer. We spent over $54.00 and I have had frozen pizzas that were better. Guess we will stick with Pizza Hut.
