They stole my credit card and charged me twice for the same order after not giving me my full order and then never delivering everything. I had called and the guy taking order hung up forgot wings order called back. They said I owed payment and I asked for wings to be added order showed up without wings called back said I had yet paid and then said I wanted wings they then charged me again for my film order and then never delivered the wings. I called them they said call corporate called them left messages online and never heard anything back.

Imo’s pizza is delicious. We did takeout on a Wednesday, and it took just a bit longer due to their special deals – it was busy. It was well worth the wait, though! Their St. Louis style pizza with their famous, creamy Provel cheese was nothing short of heavenly. There are some leftovers in the fridge, and I can tell you they’ll be gone in the morning. I can’t recommend Imo’s enough.

Pizza was so over sauced. Irregular sizes cut. Most of the slices would fit on a Ritz cracker. Wings fatty and undercooked. Cheesy garlic bread barley toasted. I thought imos were famous for their cheese. Not at this location. To spend $50 on a dinner and to have the entire family to complain. Not worth it. Do better Imos.

Not only were they skimpy with the toppings on my pizza, but there is no place to sit down in this location. There is plenty of room for three or four small tables, but yet there are none and no chairs, so don’t plan on eating in.

Don’t order any food from here (take out or delivery) you will be disappointed. You won’t get the marinara sauce with your cheesy bites, you won’t get marinara. sauce with your toasted ravioli (when your not even supposed to ask for the maranara sauce) you’ll beg for Italian sauce for your pizza that you paid .50 cent for that is on the receipt. Once you call and ask them to bring it to the house they tell you that will be a 4.00 charge when they missed it in the order to begin with. I said shouldn’t you take the 4.00 out of your check since I’m paying for a product and not getting the full product? She said uhhh if you want the sauce you gotta come get it, bye. Good luck this is a brand new IMOs.

Just drove 35 minutes to get a gluten free Imo’s pizza and would do it again in a heartbeat!! This is the first GF pizza our 4 year old son has enjoyed in a year!! Thank you so, so for having a gluten free option!

This place is a joke! Menu says one thing but I got something different. Taste of St Louis lunch special is what I ordered. Half my stuff that said it came with never got here to me $14 for a 8″ 2 topping pizza and a side salad. I called the number on the menu again to ask where the rest was he replied we don’t have that here. Umm it on your menu and this is the # on the menu. So with tip $17 for this . Picture in the comments. Oh and a 12 once drink to let’s not forget this.

Called for the Wacky Wednesday special and was told that they wouldn’t honor the special because the clock said 8:01pm but my phone was at 7:59pm.. The pizza is great at this location but I’ve had several instances where the staff was rude or had a devil may care attitude. I would have ordered from them anyway had the girl on the phone not been so snarky. Oh well Stefaninas is better and just up the road..
