Great tasting pizza! However, they lost a star for the poor customer/carryout service. There were plenty of workers who seemed more interested in their phones than passing out orders. Like I said my bacon and pepperoni pizza was incredible. I also ordered some t-ravs and they were excellent. Just too bad the customer service is what you remember…Update just visited this location again. I ordered the lunch special and it came with a 10″ one-topping pizza and side of your choice. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and garlic cheese bread. The lunch special came with a drink and cost $13.50. My food was delicious and the service was much better.

the worst pizza i have ever had. arrived 1 and a half hours after ordering it. It was totally cold and tasted bland. It was from troy mo. It will never happen again. And it was grossly over priced. I deserve to get my money back. I have made 10,000 pizza’s in my life as I was a pizza cook at one time. Thanks Imo’s.

On 07/30/2023 at around 4:30pm, my family and I went to get food my girlfriend and I got a pizza and an appetizer. Our appetizer got served at the wrong table, our main course was served before are appetizer. We went up and asked where was our appetizer and then the staff told us they would drop it now after about 10 minutes the staff finally brought it out. Also some of the workers there keep their long hair down and most work policy’s state to keep their hair up or in a net. If your policy’s don’t state that then I’d highly change it. I’ve worked at Chick-fil-A for 3 years and if your hair wasn’t up then you’d get talked to the manager. Finally the manager of the restaurant was the one that served our appetizer the wrong table. We wandered in Friday night, about 10:20. We had struck out at Mustang Sally’s, whose kitchen had already closed but still wanted to order, sit down, and eat. Initially, the manager, Maria, thought the store had to be empty by 10:30, but she went the extra step, verified we could stay and eat until they closed. We were delighted. Katyln (sp?) Was helping us with our order. We got a large pizza, garlic bread, salad and asked that they all be given to us in to go containers so they wouldn’t have dishes. We were then served the best Imo’s pizza I’ve ever had. It was perfect, as was the bread and salad. Katlyn continued to be friendly and attentive and we had a really great time. We even got a little special treat. Had I looked down and seen a red carpet beneath my feet I would not have been surprised. This is a true 5 star. They earned every one of them! I live in St. Peters but would consider driving that far for their pizza and service. Thanks ladies and the guys in the kitchen! Just the best!
