Customer service was friendly and fast! I love thin crust pizza, so I liked their pizza. The wings were average, so I wouldn’t order it again. And due to inflation, this is expensive for pizza, so I’d only go as a special treat.

I drive more than 30 minutes to get the pizza that’s still the best in the area and have never regretted it, tons of toppings to choose from and fast service even if you’re ordering multiple pizzas. My choices are the sausage and bacon while wife goes for the sausage/pineapple combo, both are highly recommended.

We eat at Imo’s every time we want pizza. The house salad dressing and the provel cheese on the pizzas are out-of-this-world delicious. The staff is extra friendly. Imo’s is a great neighborhood dining experience. Highly recommended!

The food is good BUT… The owner and the manager throw their loyal employees under the bus whenever it suits them. I worked here years ago and they both knew and were fine with my schedule. Then 1 day out of the blue they fired me after wanting me to train my replacement (YES, that’s how trash these people are.) All of a sudden, without asking me anything they fired me. Not even a sit down to ask if I could restructure my schedule… and they had the nerve to try and get me to train the guy they hired for my job. They are NOT employee friendly. This location screws it’s employees over without even trying to see if things might have changed.

This Imo’s is perfect for a native St. Louisan like myself. My fiancée and I frequent this location, but our service tonight was EXCEPTIONAL. As we were waiting for our food, the store experienced a power outage. The management and staff stayed calm, continued getting orders out with minimal delay, and even remade our pizza due to a small error that occurred during the outage. The entire staff working tonight was transparent, efficient, and hospitable. Love this location!

Ordered an XL 2-topping Pepperoni and mushroom pizza and they apparently forgot to include the mushrooms until AFTER the pizza was cooked. They sprinkled raw mushrooms on top of the cooked pizza. It was a carry-out order and regretfully, we didn’t check the pizza before leaving since it was only 2 toppings. We didn’t notice the raw mushrooms until we were already home. The restaurant made no mention of their error nor no mention that they discovered the error and would remake.

I do not understand all the good reviews for this pizza. It is ridiculously expensive for what you get and it did not taste good. The crust was thin, which is my preference, but it was way overcooked, the ingredients were just average tasting, and the gooey cheese they advertise was an overcooked congealed glob. I did not order the well done, so I can’t imagine what that would taste like. It reminded me of a Red Baron frozen pizza, but hammered and way overpriced.
