The customer service was not good. No greeting upon walking in. I had to initiate the reason for being there. Employees behind the counter were busy laughing and goofing off. The pizza was cold and burnt. I’ve had better Imo’s experiences than this.

I was looking forward to eating here for the first time. Walked in and was told “hold please”. We waited for 20 minutes as the woman walked to the back then would walk to the front to take 3 orders over the phone. We asked if we could place an order now, she just ignored us and walked back to the back. 2 minutes later we left. Never again!

Very inconsistent product. I always order my pizza well-done and sometimes it’s perfect, sometimes it’s undercooked to the point that I can taste undercooked dough, and sometimes it’s been completely messed up and the cheese and toppings are sliding off of the undercooked dough. Can’t ever trust that I’ll be getting what I actually want from this location.

Basic order. A pizza, with breadsticks. Asked for “More parm please” (meaning parmesan cheese on the breadsticks). They held the parm. They by default put a little on there. This is one of the worst IMOs in St. Louis. Only thing they have is the hot sauce I enjoy dipping my pizza in. Don’t order.

Sadly disappointed with my order today. Ordered an xlarge pizza and a 3 piece order of baked cananolli…on line they looked delicious smothered in their famous provel cheese, but alas there was NO cheese on either. I didn’t complain to management but would rather warn others.

Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches with extra cheese and extra pepperocini when I got my food one had barely any meat and the other had no pepperocini on it, I called and was told they’d replace both but when I got there they barely replaced one sandwich and pretty much told me to go F myself on the other one… it’s sad because I order here all the time and have never even complained about it any other time… they should not have told me they’d replace both if they had no intention on doing so… I will not be going to this location anymore, I will be going to the Lemay location from now on!! Quit lying to your customers and man up!

This is the second time I had Imo’s pizza. I got the raviolis and a bacon pizza. The raviolis were surprisingly good for a pizza place. The pizza was a little above average. I like how that used strips of bacon but it was very greasy. The taste was average. I expected alot better from the reviews and word of mouth from friends.
