I have been eating from this restaurant for 2 years. My food has always been delicious. That’s why I was surprised at the food I received on Tuesday, September 13th. The french fries were the worst I have ever seen. They looked like floaters that had been in the fryer all day. There was actually oil dripping from them. Unbelievable. If you pay $5 for an order of fries, plus we ALWAYS spend $30 or more when we order, then the fries should be edible. Very disappointed in this store.

The food was dry and bland. Ordered sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. A far as portion size I would give it a five star. Lots of food. But quality and taste were not there. Rice was pasty and not much flavor. Chicken was like it came out of a frozen bag. Sauce was average.

The food was really bland. I got the General Tso chicken dinner. Fried rice was just brown rice with peas and carrots. Hardly any sauce with the chicken and it was sweet and thick. It should have some dam heat to it! Chicken was cooked well. No complaints with that.

Below average. We tried 3 dishes along with fried rice and lo mein. The sesame chicken was good, and the lo mein was okay. The other dishes weren’t very flavorful. The fried rice was a little dry and didn’t taste like much. There are better options out there.

Food was cold and under cooked when it arrived ordered shrimp chow mein and had maybe 5 pieces of shrimp which was way under cooked and was full of water which caused the container to bust and leak everywhere also got the sweet and sour chicken which was over cooked

It was truly awful. Food came fast and most of it was really good but I got the Sesame Chicken which had rotted chicken – completely inedible. Instead of offering my money back for that item I was offered a “free meal the next time I ordered” which is useless because I wouldn’t ever order from them again. Don’t chance it.

I ordered the Family Special for 8 for pick up. I arrived promptly at the set time and took it to the family dinner. The food was amazing and everyone enjoyed all the different varieties. The food was hot and there was plenty to go around. I have always used Imperial 42 for my Chinese take out and delivery, and the food has always been fresh and delicious!
