I order from here pretty regularly and usually enjoy it as a 4/5 stars but interestingly enough – Todays food was simply a rip off. I ordered fried wontons with my combo and they delivered fried wonton rappers with no meat? I called in and even the front desk answered and said yes of course they come with meat in them. A women hopped on the phone and said they don’t do meat. Should not only specify that you’re selling JUST fried wonton rappers on your menu, but lower the price to reflect that. Order a $13 combo, pay $17 for delivery around the corner, tip your driver and not even enjoy the food. Waste

Would never go back. Bad food, and the building legit looks abandoned. The most interesting part though, was that my husband’s orange chicken was legitimately so hot that it burnt through the styrofoam it was given to us in! I’ve never had this happen before… And the food was terrible, so that didn’t even make up for it

Love this place. It has a lot of vegetarian options and they will cook it exactly the way you ask. This place is very consistent as the food quality is awesome every single time I eat here. Yes it’s not a fancy yuppy hangout spot but it’s friendly and the people working there care. If you like tofu they have the best on the south shore so far.

I’ve been eating here since I was younger always thought there food was good but the past few years its declined so much. I keep giving them chances and it gets worse each time to the point that I found a roach in my food. I brushed it off and returned all my food decided to give them another chance and bam food was burned. Tasted terrible. I guess after so many years they just don’t care anymore.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. We ordered $50 worth of food including a pupu platter. It was our first time trying this place. The food was delivered and it was all over cooked and burnt. I called to let them know and she said they would send out a new order. No apologies at all. The driver then called us back and said they are just giving us our money back. When i called back to ask why, I was told that that is how they cook. She then laughed and hung up.

Service over the phone was terrible, good choices on menu not available when I called, paid 126$ and didn’t get all I ordered… food was cold when I got it.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant since moving to Bridgewater – tried just about all of them and don’t even bother with the others. They are always so nice and the food is the best – huge quantities for good prices. There was one time we ordered takeout and they had run out of spring rolls, so they took note of it and gave us extra the next time we ordered. That is excellent customer service if you ask me!

Wanted to try this pace again based on reviews. We always go to Dangs garden and not many good options in Bridgewater. The place is so disgusting my feet stuck to the floor when I walked in. Brought the food home and it’s like they fired everything in old nasty dirty oil. The food doesn’t even smell good and I’m afraid to eat it. I considered walking out after walking in and leaving my order but I didn’t and should have. I don’t write reviews but the board of health should inspect this place

I love this place. When I moved to Bridgewater 2 1/2 yrs ago I tried a few other local places, and I will never order from those places again. I tried Imperial last because it looks like a hole in the wall, but I am so glad I did! The guy who takes my order is always so nice and smiling and that goes a long way with me. They have the best beef and pea pods I have ever had! The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars from me is I have had a few things that were just ok, but thats the same with most Chinese restaurants around here and I am picky. This one is def a favorite of mine and my family’s and I 100% recommend eating here!
