The squab is delicious – we loved it! Recommend trying that if you like roasted meats. We also ordered lettuce, stir fry noodles, braised lamb and tofu skin – this could be a bit softer. Overall great service and great restaurant in San Fransisco chinatown!

I thought it was pretty good, disagreeing with a lot of the other reviews here. Waiters shouting at each other across the room is how you know a Chinese restaurant is good! Food was hot and fresh, service was quick. Tea is fragrant and delicious. Tables are clean. The only thing I would say is they need to turn up the heating a bit, I sat there in my jacket

1. Foods are salty, all of them, if you like salty taste this might not be a con.

Food was not good. Pot stickers looked like it was stuffed with raw pork meat. Service is horrible they will rush you and then tell you you have ordered “enough” food. They were unorganized and I felt rushed the whole time. They brought the food at weird times and they never checked on us after they brought the food. I also caught them using leftover hot tea to clean the tables. What a cheap place that gets over on people. All the money they charge for a small portion and you don’t wanna pay for an actual disinfectant??? They also seemed to have a problem giving us a to go container when asked and mumbled something under her breathe. The bathrooms are dangerous they are so slippery Inside and the stairs are dangerous as well. Not recommend if you are with someone that is not as mobile as others. Then if you pay with card they charge you 3.5 more, I should have know that was a red flag. So many restaurants near by, you should try something else. We were fooled by the entrance they had a place to sit and take a pic. Horrible experience and wish we wouldn’t had spent our money here. The forks looked so nasty and foggy looking. Nothing worse than over priced nasty food with horrible service.

This place is nasty, used a dirty rag to clean the tables then place chopsticks on the table. They also don’t change the table cloth between guest. Floors seem to be glazed with honey, really sticky (like a rat trap) almost fell because my shoe got caught on the floor while walking. I’m very confident that they also don’t change the tea pots between customers. Just adds more tea leaves and hot water. There was also a fly in my tea, I told them about it and they dumped out my tea in my cup while leaving the fly in the cup. Truly a unique experience.

Tried this place through Too Good To Go, and it’s a great value. $3.99 for a good variety of random food that they had leftover at the end of the day. The service was nicer than I usually encounter in Chinatown, and they packed my food fresh in front of me. I will say I dropped by at 6:30 on a Sunday and the place was already empty with everyone cleaning up, which seemed odd because the hours say they close at 8. So recommend coming earlier for better atmosphere and fresher taste. Overall, recommended as it was a pleasant experience.

Disagree with the bad reviews. When in Chinatown this is what you get, a authentic Chinese restaurant, the food was good, the wait staff hollered Chinese at each other often, but it was fun to hear. They do have large portions so be prepared for that.

Don’t bother! This place will take your money without regard to service. No prices on the menu, cold dinner plates, dirty bathroom, SLOOOWWW service, and a lot of staff screaming at each other as they walk by you without so much as a word about where the hell your food is. Diners deserve better.

We got a lunch combo meal deal which came with an appetizer, soups, 2 entrees and dessert. Everything was tasty and the service was friendly and fast.

The service was not good. Menu pages were sticky. Service personnel was pushing us to order more food all the time, while we are placing our order, she just left to attend others! Perking duck was not good, skin is not crispy, not well roasted, pancakes are like tortillas, thick, hard and cold! Chinese veggie is OK.
