While this is not our first time here, this is the first time we decided to try their chefs pairing with wine after they received a Michelin star.

The food was absolutely delicious. Especially the polenta. Seating outside was nice. Most of the menu was gluten free. I definitely want to go again and try the chef’s tasting menu.

Had a really nice dining experience on the heated patio! Chairs were comfortable, it felt private, the service was top notch! Food and drinks were yummy too!

The crudo is my favorite. The fish is so tender and fresh, it tastes like sashimi. The fried artichoke has a complex flavor profile, with a sweet aftertaste. The pork chop was a bit heavy, but paired well with the bitterness from the citrus salad. The desserts are also good, but very sweet.

We had the tasting menu. Worth it! They accommodate dietary restrictions. It’s a lot of food but worth it. The beautifully played caviar with fresh cream was the perfect appetizer. The brown butter pasta was delicious.

Love the space, the service was excellent (very attentive), and the food was delicious. Shared plates are my favorite. We tried the carrots, the citrus salad (probably our favorite) and the sea bass. Oh and the potatoes (they were the least interesting, but still very good).

This is a great restaurant in Paso Robles. Fun interior with interesting decor. Service was great. Our server recommended an appropriate number of dishes and was attentive. Cocktails were fun, inventive and not too sweet and all dishes were delicious. We had the salad, shishitos, eggplant and sea bass. Well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Highly recommend.
