My family and I are in town traveling and decided to stop in for dinner. This was my first experience at an In-N-Out and it was amazing from start to finish. Jacob greeted us warmly upon walking in and was super helpful through our whole experience. His vibrant personality made it such a happy and positive experience. I noticed that he even took the time to walk around and pass out stickers to the kids in the restaurant. I was so impressed not only by his work ethic but also his positive attitude and willingness to make every individuals experience positive. The food was delicious and the shakes were extra thick. At the end of our meal Patrick stopped by and helped clear our trays which was so thoughtful and kind. Overall impressed by the staff and the experience.

My daughter ate her first burger here, like the whole burger. Mind you she’s only 8 and only likes chicken nuggets or waffles. To see her branch out into burger wonderland was absolute bliss. The mayo on the crease of her mouth. The look of burger amazement. She defeated that burger with much enjoyment along with the wonderful shakes. Enjoy this amazing gem of burger paradise.

I gave this 5 stars because of the employees. Love the great customer service! I’ve never had In-N-Out before and the young man was great explaining the menu. I normally eat very clean so wasn’t a fan of the food but definitely a fan of the service!

Fast and fabulously fulfilling. A hankering for fast food can be crushed here and for some reason, it doesn’t feel quite as naughty as other fast food restaurants. We love the menu and our favorite secret items. An In-N-Out success for the family always includes protein style, animal style, and green chiles for spice! And I can’t forget to mention the best milkshakes!

Here to grab a quick bite. Ordered a 3×3 with onion. Was a simple mistake on the burger that had no onion, brought it up to the staff – Guy, Jorge, Brooke and the others took action to make things perfect. Awesome service!

I’ve always received great customer service at any in-n-out restaurant but the workers at this location go above and beyond! I walked in with my baby and husband, and Patrick helped us get a table, grabbed a high chair and a little hat for the baby. He didn’t know this was our babies first time here. Simple yet great burger. Not a typical fast food stuff, but tasty meat in soft bun with really great sauce, lettuce, onion and tomatoes. Animal fries are also great option if you are extra hungry. Normal fries are not that tasty as you can taste some starch flavor, but with the cheese and fried onion, it is gone.
