Everything was pretty subpar. The line was long. That usually doesn’t bother me but the two people taking the orders spoke unusually fast. Such a weird observation but I don’t remember the last time I had to ask for someone to read back an order because they spoke too fast but I had to do it twice when I went here. The box of burgers given to me wasn’t correct but it took us a minute to realize it. So we had to drive back and return it. The restaurant seemed clean and was packed but when we got the right food and got in the car, everything kind of sucked. The burgers were very plain and the fries were tasteless. I was shocked. I’ve been once to in-n-out before and thought it was great. This experience I wouldn’t put above Wendy’s or Carl’s junior.

How can it be 114 degrees and we are served cold fries in the drive through, served in an open box? They were cold and limp. How is it our double double had no condiments? Burger was dry as a bone. The girl at the drive through spoke so fast we could not understand her. Worst meal ever. The feral cats at our hotel were hungry enough to eat the burgers, but not the fries.
