I got the double-double with normal fries that I put banana peppers over. I should have gotten animal style fries but I forgot seeing as I had just flown into town that morning from the east side and forgot how things work Flavor wasn’t really there. I’ve had much better In-N-Out at plenty of other locations, but presentation was nice

I have heard about this establishment from all my friends in California and how good they are. We have one in Houston that I know of but it is very far from my home so I’ve never had the opportunity to go there. We passed one on the way out of town to the airport and decided to stop for a bite. It is definitely a popular place, it was fairly crowded, however, seating with still available. The burgers were absolutely delicious. You can tell that they use a high quality of beef and that the meat is real. Unlike some other burger places. The fries were even tasty and to top it off, the prices were excellent!! I will definitely be driving to the one in Houston even though it is out of my way. This place is definitely worth the trip and I I’m very glad I was able to try it out for the first time in Las Vegas. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants real food for really inexpensive prices. The atmosphere was great as well!!

The food didn’t quite live up to the hype but it was really good. The service was great, the food was fast and the place was clean. Even though it wasn’t as great as I was hoping, it was far better than most fast food. I would for sure eat it again but get a double next time, so there’s a better meat to bun ratio.

Long line but somehow they streamline that restaurant where the wait is short. Staff were very kind and professional. Girl that took our order was cheerful despite standing in the extreme heat. Miguel at window expedites with customer service as a priority. Food was great as always!

In-N-Out offers a satisfying burger time after time. This location in the East Valley always maintains a clean atmosphere, prompt service and serves fresh food. The quality is great. It’s an awesome choice if your craving fast food that isn’t a mainstream chain like MickyDs. I’m glad they ventured out to this side of town as many restaurants that aren’t Mexican or other Latino influence tend to stay away. Yes, it gets packed. But what do you expect from a popular and tasty burger joint?

Had my favorite meal of 2 Double Double Cheeseburgers and a X-Tra Large Fountain Drink (Dr. Pepper) at this particular In-N-Out Burger for the first time since I’ve moved to this side of town. Service was great and efficient. Food was delicious. Looking forward to going back.

Advice to IN-N-Out. If you build bigger stores, then the customers would not have to stand around waiting for a table. Especially when it comes to ADA seating, people who are not challenged will take will sit in those designated spots, which leaves those with disabilities out of luck
