We had a very good experience at this location, with one notable caveat. I was visiting from the east coast and also looking to get some video footage to make a video about the In-N-Out Secret menu. An employee approached me and asked me not to film, citing it was company policy. He was very nice and professional about it, and I did stop filming inside after he asked. I can’t find any official policy online.

This is the best In-N-Out location we have ever been to! They are very fast and efficient. They even had a guy named Jarod walking around picking up trays, asking to fill up drinks and opening doors for customers going in and out. Highly recommend this In-N-Out location!

Let me start off by saying Jared is awesome! This guy was running around offering to bring customers their meals with condiments etc. was constantly checking up on customers that had already received their food. Beyond beat expectations for a fast food chain! This guy deserves a promoted and pay raise for his tireless extremely positive efforts! Will definitely be back!

Went to CA on vacation, my son couldn’t wait to try In and Out burger, they do not have them in Maine. The first time we stopped there, we carried the food to the hotel to eat. It was cold by that point and really bad, so we gave it another shot and the next time ate it hot…not much better. Average burger, terrible fries soggy, the shake was average as well. I Def would not go again, any other place has a larger menu and the food is actually better. Sorry..this was a disappointment after the hype we heard.

I went in 10 minutes before closing and ordered a Flying Dutchman thinking it was a sandwich (I learned that it is, in fact, just the patties and cheese alone). I went back in, now less than 5 minutes before closing, admitted my mistake, and told them I would just like a bun to fix it. They were super nice and asked me what I actually wanted and remade my order for free. In my entire life, I have never been treated with such patience and respect from fast food staff. And that burger hit HARD. Best fast food experience hands down. 10/10. Gold star.
