In n out in general can be a hit or missed with the fries. I like my fries extra well done, and 7/10 times I don’t get what I want. But this location took it to a whole new level. I came here in the afternoon time, and they let me know that my fries were taking longer than expected and to drive to the front, and they would give me my fries, I was in the drive-in. This has never happened, and I was surprised. The manager came and gave me my fries and added a gift card for a free burger for my next visit. This was not necessary, but it was appreciated. This attentive to detail deserves a 5 star rating.

Double Double, animal style, fries, and a pink lemon-up. Also love the chocolate shake. Went during lunchtime rush. Parking lot and drive through is a bit small for demand, but they make due. We went from getting in line to driving away with food in about 15 minutes.

In n out burger in Yucaipa serves great double double hamburgers. Service is good, but would great if the lines weren’t so long. It’s a testament to how great their food is. This is the only fast food joint my wife and I go to.

I LOVE In-N-Out Burger!!! Been coming here since the 70’s. Animal syle is and has been my favorite with extra grilled onions!! Soooo yummie. Fries tend to be cold most of the time. Have to ask for super hot ones. And, the employees are always really ready to help. The outside employees need sprinklers. It’s too hot for them..
