This In&Out seems to be at the top of their game. The person taking my order was very helpful and efficient. Drive through line was long but went quickly. Also, food was very good. I eat In & Out fairly often and this restaurant seems to be a bit better when it comes to the quality of food delivered. Not that the other locations are bad but this one is just a bit better in my opinion

What a let down. As someone from the East Coast who’s constantly being told that this place is great… It wasn’t anything close. It’s just another burger chain but the food was particularly disappointing. The service was horrendous. I don’t think anything I encountered says anything particularly bad about this location, I think it says more about the chain in general. The fries taste overly crispy on the outside but hollow or underdone on the inside. The burger itself was serviceable but nothing special. Honestly compared to something like five guys or any regular diner It just doesn’t hold up. Stay away. Only positive would be it was not expensive…low to moderate price.

In n Out still remains my absolute favorite fast-food burger ever. We waited in the drive through for roughly 5-10 minutes before we got our order taken, where we then waited another 10-20 minutes to receive our food. The food was delicious and hot. I can’t wait to return soon

I’m a huge fan/customer of In-N-Out Burger Restaurants. It is normally a well managed location in Ventura California. This time I think they were short handed or caught of guard and couldn’t handle the rush of customers at this particular time. When I walked into the restaurant there was one person ordering. I thought great because normally there are many customers who are waiting in-line.Then I noticed everyone sitting and standing were waiting for their foods. When we finally received our order our hamburgers and fries was cold. I always brag about how consistently they are making fresh foods. Not this time. I will give them the benefit of doubt this time.

Food is 5 stars, and the service is 5 stars. There are not many places you can still get a filling meal for under 20 bucks. Let alone with the quality it delivers. Atmosphere though i gotta give it a 1 not having anything to do with its employees work ethics whatsoever. Call me old, but with how many transplants have inedated the area, you could very well be looking at a wait of upwards of 20 minutes just to get through to the pick up window. There was a time not long ago when Hungry Hunter was right across the way, and it only took maybe about 5 minutes to place your order and get out of there. Progress I guess right?

It was the classic In-N-Out experience. The food was amazingly delicious and high quality as one expects. But the drive thru lines and size of the parking lot are kind of dystopian at the same time, but the sweet deliciousness of mustard grilled burgers and animal fries drowned all those thoughts out.
