It has a good quality meat if you compare it with other known big brands. Fries are good they turn mushy kind of quick. Service is really good and they are efficient at their job. The environment is kind of bland, maybe the color seems to lonely or simple but I didn’t enjoy sitting down. I will try again and post pictures.

Food is good. Staff are running and doing the best they can but… I waited 45 min for my food when I got it everything was cold… Who likes to eat cold fries. I was number 14 and people in the 20s were getting their food before me. I had to walk up to ask for me order. If I were eating there I would have said something (it was taken away and I only live 3 min from there)… Just really disappointed because they were all working so hard and we had cold dinner and I threw the fries away, ate the burger cause I paid for all this food and I was hungry…who likes cold fries ☹️ I won’t be going back.

We had their single Cheeseburger combo with root beers. Dawn took our order and because she saw my husband was in a wheelchair she said she would bring our order to us. Was so nice as it was their busiest time of day, Lunch service. The food excelled with the crunchy bun, tasty meat and crispy French fries. They always get your food out quickly and I have never had an order incorrect. Thank you for making our day, In and Out of Santa Barbara. You’re the BEST!!!

The double double was pretty good. I also got a chocolate shake which was good. There was a decently long wait, but extremely large amount of orders so they went relatively quickly. Fries were not good. Drive thru looked like the jersey turnpike during rush hour
