Fresh, well cooked ham/cheese burgers, fries and delicious shakes. If you don’t know, you must try the burgers and fries ANIMAL STYLE (secret, yet not-so-secret menu). Great food but they should significantly improve on their service. It’s high time in-n-out start taking online orders as their long drive through lines are ridiculous causing traffic jam.

Great Hamburgers are served here. I ordered one without cheese. A Taste is delicious. The lines are short inside, 7 min waited to receive my order. Outside, drive thru 2 lines are relatively long.

A west coast classic. Went to get takeout just after 11:00 pm (where the inside closes), ordered takeout for 6 people, and got through the line in about 10 minutes. For myself, I ordered a 3×3 with grilled onions and animal fries plus extra spread on the side. For everyone else, they ordered about the same amount of items and totaled to $44-45. Always recommend asking for extra spread, but please be polite about it! And when asking for regular fries, try getting “light well-done fries” for a crispier batch. Even though the prices have risen quite a bit, it’s still worth it for big groups (or if you’re somehow hungry at 11:00 pm on a Tuesday night).

Good food however you guys should make sure your employers know the closing time for your dining room. I called and asked if the dining room was closed and i was told it closed at 1am. When I showed up at 11:05pm I was told it was already closed.

I walked in to the restaurant and noticed the interior was not crowded at all, about half full, but the drive-through line was practically around the block. Weird, I thought.

A true burger institution. Went after 8:00 pm and both drive thrus were backed up. The line to order inside was at the door. I was served in less than 10 minutes. My Double Double was amazing and sloppy as any good burger is.

Better visit than expected on a late weekday afternoon. Busy place but food arrived at counter in a few minutes. Dining area was pretty clean with several open tables. Fries were cold having sat too long… I likely could have asked for a new batch. 3 security guys were wandering around.

Came to Cali for the first time and was excited to my my child to in and out. My experience was horrible staff was rude they messed up my phone then sent another employee to secretly check our table to see if we were lying then took another fifteen minutes to fix one burger. No they were not busy heard several staff talking about how slow it was. Will not eat at this location again.

The fries are terrible. I’ve heard you have to use a hidden menu to upgrade food, but I don’t know what to order and I don’t want to talk to people to figure it out. So I just don’t bother going. Hidden menu items literally make me angry. Just put it on the menu. Seriously.
