This was our first time trying In-N-Out. I’ve heard of them for quite a while and it was really good. The burgers were super good but a bit on the small side so I would go for a double next time. Definitely looked better than the single I had. We both got animal fries too which we thought were good but being from Canada it’s no poutine.

Incredibly friendly service even when they were busy! Very impressed by how kind, quick and competent the staff are. My first In n Out experience was great – loved the animal style burger. It’s hard to give an In-n-Out a bad review. They are consistent. Food is always delicious and fresh. This location is a good one. Staff is always friendly and never misses a beat. Starting to see more transients hanging around, so 4 stars on atmosphere, but for the most part, this is a family-friendly place. I will continue to come here.

Whenever we come to Gilroy Outlets, we love to get a quick bite here. Their French fries are the best. It’s always busy here. Drive through line is long. But their through put is pretty good, so usually the wait is reasonable.

Just like any other In-N-Out places. But we got our foods much faster than the one in Mountain View. Very good management. For the newbie: I highly recommend the $0.99 milk(see photos please). The fry is not crispy, but you can ask them for extra crispy.

Alright taste for an In-N-Out burger, definitely not the best quality as compared to other locations. The buns were burnt and very little sauce was added. The tomatoes and potatoes, however, tasted very fresh! The outside seating was not shaded at many of the tables. The smell of the trash dumpster filled the entire parking lot (smelled like old Caesar salad dressing, maybe they’d just thrown out a batch?). Could definitely use some improvements.
