It was pretty crowded around 7:30pm for take out, dine in and drive through. Taking orders were fast however it took time for food to be served. As it was busy, it took 30 mins for take out. Food was good. Place was not tidy such as the floor was a bit sticky, tables were not cleaned up immediately when it was needed and it was a bit disorganized for people waiting for their order to be served.

The food took so long, the service was good but the food was cold, the animal fries were chewy, cold and bad, the hamburgers were not even warm, was a pretty bad experience. I don’t recommend this In-N-Out location.

In-N-Out Burger was a wonderful experience, as I just had the pleasure of dining there. The menu’s minimalism, with just a few high-quality alternatives, is refreshing. I chose their traditional Double-Double burger, and it was delicious. The burger was perfectly cooked, with a juicy meat, and fresh toppings that went nicely together. The secret sauce gave the burger a distinct flavor that stood out. The hand-cut fries were also warmly received; they were perfectly crispy on the exterior and soft on the inside.

I recently visited this fast food joint and I must say, the ambiance was surprisingly pleasant. The modern decor and clean seating area made for a comfortable dining experience. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff members who were attentive to my needs. As for the food, it exceeded my expectations. Employee listed to my order and read it back to me to ensure it was correct. I was surprised that he didn’t understand what “dry” meant. But he didn’t get frustrated we just figured out tgat sauce is “spread”. Order was perfect and so was the food.

A great hamburger, value and service. Full menu options are not readily available to a novice and perhaps that is part of the mystique of this chain. I am not fond of their fries. Made from freshly cut potatoes but somehow I find the texture to be dry.
