I wanted something unique from their menu so I decided to try and order a 5×1 protein style(5patties and 1 cheese). They said the most patties they can put on a burger is 4 due to quality standards, which I am completely fine with. Instead they put 4 in the lettuce wrap and one on the side. I added the 5th patty when I returned home, and became filled with joy just looking at the thing! The total cost of the burger was at a decent price of $8.05! The total calories was about the same as a normal double double!!, about 650 cals. In-and-Out is the top standard that all fast food joints should strive for.

We love in and out. The cheese burger is awesome! Kids love the double cheese burger, and the vanilla milk shake. I think the only down side is the drive through line is so long, and this location is always so packed. It’s always take a long time to get your foods. Have to be patient!

I think anyone who lives in California loves in n out. Their burgers and fries are awesome. The price is pretty good. To fees a family of 5 without drinks is about 30 to 35 bucks. The restrooms are clean, which is nice. Overall, this place is amazing

Burgers broke through bag and fell on the ground in my house cause the bag was wet from the burgers. I salvaged one that fell perfectly on its wrapper but the other lost the pickle lettuce and tomato aswell as fell on the floor on the burger side. What a bummer . Always get all your food at any in n out locations in the boxes so this won’t happen to you hopefully. In n out, get better bags like plastic ones or start putting the napkins at the bottom of your bags to soak up whatever goes to the bottom of the bag or just stick with boxes. Not going back to in n out for awhile .

Food was overrated. Was told it was the best burger but we were disappointed. The fries were old and stale and the burger is something I could easily make at home. I could probably even make something better. I’ve had better burgers from other franchises.

My burger Patty’s (double double) were literary burnt chrispy, and my frys were cold. This is not the in n out experience you would expect. I travel 40,000 miles a year in California and I eat in n out alot. I know they were busy but never have I ever in 30+ locations have I had an experience this bad for food quality. Everything eles was typical in n out, service was great ect. The parking lot is tiny but the bad food was the worst. Keep driving to another location, you will get the in n out you have come to know. If anyone from in n out sees this please change the peppers back to they way they were, there not even hot anymore

Although their Drive Thru line was very very long, their service inside was still quick. The burger & fries was fresh & delicious. I’ve visited 3 locations… Elk Grove, West Sac & Arden. My visits have always had fast friendly service, even when their lines are quite long.
