*TRUCK DRIVERS* As the name implies I was “In-N-Out” in no time! Receiving office doesn’t open until 0800 so if you show up at the gate too early the security guard there will kindly let you turn around and head out so keep that in mind. Appointment was at 0800 and I was unloaded and out of there by 0830 with paperwork in hand! I made a comment to the receptionist that their warehouse guys are just as, if not faster, than their drive through. When entering you’ll need to have ID/license and paperwork ready. They’ll print off a visitor sticker for you and usually tell you which dock to hit right at the gate. The docks have enough space to cut your seal and open the doors before backing which is always convenient. Just remember to take the seal ALONG with your paperwork to the reception desk instead of leaving the seal in the trailer like most places. Receiving is clearly marked to the left of the docks on the other side of a ramp. Good sized waiting area with accessible restrooms on site.

We came in with our toddler and Jim who was bussing tables was such a nice man. He helped us grab our food and shakes. He went above and beyond in his service and we really appreciated him!

This place is pretty neat, brand new building, entrance for trucks is on federal drive a tight turn onto that street, easy backing into the docks they have a restroom indoors by the check in so dont ruin it. Have a coffee machine by check in desk also. Everyone was friendly and helpful with checking in no parking around the area

The drive thru line was long, so we ordered inside to-go. They have signs for to-go parking, and a separate entrance/line for drive thru. We walked right up to the counter to order without waiting in a line. Got our food within 15-20min. Ate open box in our car. Food was OK. Greasy cheeseburger, they got our order wrong, and the fries were literally still cold and hard from being in the freezer, I’m guessing its just because they are desperately trying to keep up with the demand.
