After 9pm, not too many kitchens are cranking out the culinary goodies we sometimes crave late at night. It was late when I wandered into Inaka last eve. I ended up with take-out teriyaki chicken, soup, salad and salmon negiri. ½price beer after 5pm. Great service, balanced flavors, fresh fish!

This is my favorite Hibachi, my go-to when I have that craving. The flavor is always outstanding and the staff are always so friendly. Never be in a hurry and come here as they are always busy and it takes time to get food and drink refills every once in a while but I guarantee you the flavor of the food and freshness is worth it.

This place is one of the most delicious and affordable sushi bars I’ve even been to. At first walking in I thought this was going to vey expensive, as the atmosphere and look of the restaurant was very immaculate. The food was very great, the staff are awesome, and the bathroom was very clean; which is a plus! Would highly recommend!

First time here went alone with an hour before closing for the night on a Monday. Was clean and quiet. Not too many people. No wait. The music wasn’t too loud. Got the chicken katsu. Was honestly the best I’ve had so far. Came with rice, salad and miso soup and a drink for about $20. Nice attentive waiter. Will definitely be coming here again.

First time trying Inaka. They have a large selection of different Asian cuisine. There is a lunch menu that is very affordable and you can try a little bit of everything. I got the spicy California roll and some chicken katsu. The Lunch Box gets you white rice, miso soup to start, and salad. You get to choose from many different mains and you get two choices. Everything was pretty good, but the sushi wasn’t as spicy as I hoped it would be. The Katsu was crispy and tender with a great dipping sauce. I would like to try more of their menu including the hibachi and tempura selections. All in all the staff was great and the location has plenty of parking.
