Three words is all you need. Inatome never disappoints. Best burger cool addition of the spicy mayo injection! Absolutely delish as always! Bravo!

I came back here again since their soft opening, and I will say their rice burger buns have indeed improved. They seemed firmer and were able to hold together a little better this time. I also had their waffle fries and a vanilla milkshake, both were really good.

This restaurant just can’t get it right. I wrote a 5 star review 2 months ago because the first time I went it was great. Every other visit has just been messed up. Sorry to say I won’t be back

We ordered from here last night and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The food was cooked to our desired temperatures and it was ready when they said it would be. I ordered online and spent less than a minute in the store picking it up. The food was no different than what I’ve been getting from their Valley Stream restaurant for years. We will definitely be coming here when we want Inatome but don’t have the time to sit at the restaurant.

2nd time ordering from the Lunch menu on-line , was not disappointed either time. Arrived a little after the scheduled pickup time . Food was hot when I picked it up and was hot when I arrived home.

So im going to say I am blown away. I had spent over $200 my first time here. I ordered for the group of 14 so we were more than happy with the price. Upon first entering the design is beautiful to say the least. The girl who came from the back to take my order was nice and recommended a lot to me and explained it all very well. She also let me try the sauces to see which ginger I liked. Im glad she insisted because I had chosen the wrong one originally. I love the extra mile. The other girl seemed too shy to welcome me I believe she is the probably the owners daughter. After waiting for the order I spoke with a Japanese man I believe was the head chef, Wolter. We saw the same big hibachi fire as we do when we have our company dinners in Valley Stream. It was a great experience. Wolter had explained to us how the takeout had came to be and how innovative everything is there, whether it’d be the beautifully cooked light and fluffy fried rice buns he made fresh or the bowls he watched closely and made carefully all while putting on a show. As my coworkers said, we decided to try it because it had the right “vibes.” It was a five out of five star experience all around from the passionate and loving staff to the delicious and flavorful food which is also healthy. The only thing I’d say to improve is maybe more affordable value items like a five dollar small lunch or snack option. Also I’d like to see different drink options. Most people are allergic to milk and I think a simpler drink list would be better. More asian canned drinks or even normal sweet tea would have been a great addition. I will be returning this Saturday with my family, I will be sure to update again. Thanks for the good “Vibes” Wolter!

Hugely disappointed!! They were completely overwhelmed and the food wasn’t really good. We were told food would be ready in 30 minutes and it took over an hour. I watched people walk out in frustration. We ordered a hamburger, chicken burger, shakes, and the hibachi bowl. The burger was undercooked for what we asked. Even with sauces they were flavorless and the fries were overcooked. As for the bowl, it was pretty good. The shakes were just horrible. We added ice cream when we got home to add thickness and flavor. The ideas are great but just weren’t executed!

Just ate there for first time. Had the fried chicken on a rice bun with a shot of spicy mayo on the side and also waffle fries. Rice bun was yum and held together just fine…..fried chicken was real chicken breast and not greasy. The waffle fries seasoning was perfect and again fries not greasy. The folks working there very pleasant and helpful. No tables yet so ate in the back on the curb. The owner said there will be a couple of tables soon….look forward to it

Over all good experience, but I suggest should have dining options. Specially when we order fried chicken recipes. I fried chicken ordered the bowl by the time I came home 20 min. The water in rice and steam from cooked broccoli made the chicken soft almost like dunkin donuts munchkins.. I did not enjoyed it. Either change packaging or keep them separate. Order the fries they are very nice. Staff is friendly place is clean and nice.

Took home a burger with rice bun, delicous! I love both burgers and rice but never thought of putting them together and they worked great. I highly recommend this combination to everyone!
