So at work they have recently started to bring outside food vendors on site to our cafeteria. One of them is incrediBALLS, a food truck, and I’ve had 4 types of their meatballs. I liked them all! The one I recommend the most so far though, are the Báhn Mi meatballs. Delicious! They’re pork meatballs served with pickled carrots & cabbage and topped with cilantro & sriracha aioli. I got mine with a side of coconut rice. The others I’ve had are Italian, Swedish and Buffalo Chicken meatballs. All good as well, but the báhn mi are my favorite by far.
