Our Riverside location opened Fall of 2018 and introduces a whole new Indaba experience!
We were first introduced to this building in 2016-2017 and it took two years to develop what we believe is one of the best cafe experiences you can get!
Interior design, check. Coffee, on point. Food, chef driven. Beer, wine, co-working space, and so much more! You have to visit multiple times to experience it all.
This location is THE place to meet downtown. Close to Riverfront Park yet far enough away to find parking. Plenty of seating and a space that you won’t want to leave. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do, cheers!

The spicy avocado toast was not only appealing to the eye, but it was also very tasty. The honey lemon iced latte wasn’t too sweet. Very well made.

Great service! I live in New Mexico and I always order coffee from different coffee shops throughout the United States for my husband. I found Indaba Coffee and made my purchase online. Within a few days, I had my coffee in my mailbox and it smells delicious! Just in time for Valentine’s Day to gift to my coffee loving husband. Thanks guys!

This is a very cozy coffee place! The bathrooms are v-e-r-y clean. It rubs me the wrong way that the restroom requires codes but at least they didn’t try to hold my hand while unlocking the door for me like Starbucks on Division did. The coffee & Tea is good – raw sugar & creamer on the side…it’s the best, the only way! I have had bad customer service experience here like twice but it’s all good. The employees are so neat w/the exception of a few but not enough bad apples to stay away. The shop has a moral compass & family values – safe space for believers. I wish they were open longer b/c this coffee business is the nicest one downtown Spokane; if you know a better place then hit me up or catch me outside b/c I found most of these coffee shops down here just awful…the employees are normally rude and ready to leave an hour before closing; they sweep, clean, and even remove signs to make it look like closing time.

Good cafe. Excellent Mocha, not so good pour over. Good avocado toasts. Slightly slow service. Was disappointed that i could not taste their reserve coffee ($40 for a small bag) before buying.

Fantastic experience. This place is completely unique…a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, a friendly and professional staff, great decor and along side the standard coffee based fare is a menu of unique and delicious treats. What caught my eye was something called Savory Toast…there are several, I got the one with bacon, avocado, radishes and other tasty surprises.

You have to try Indaba Coffee first for its physical space and second for its unique brews. Conveniently located in Central downtown Spokane, this coffeehouse resides inside a renovated building with incredible architecture and solar access. While the coffeehouse only occupies the ground floor and you can’t access the upper floors, you can view them while sipping a delicious latte in the nearly four-story atrium portion of the building. Highly recommend that you stop by and spend a while inside when in Spokane.

Nut butter toast was deliciously satisfying. It’s impressive how the bananas were meticulously arranged atop the bread; Not a single slice fell as I ate it. I had a chai latte which was perfectly warm and foamy. I had the spicy version, which wasn’t really spicy. It had a lovely cinnamon nut flavor to it though, so don’t let the ‘spicy’ descriptor put you off from this great drink.
