This place is fantastic! The brisket is nice and moist! The sausage has a great smokey flavor with a little jalapeño kick! The burnt ends have all sorts of flavors that render together beautifully! I also sampled a country rib that was amazing aswell! The owner, Todd, is a very nice guy who appreciates your business. Support your local businesses! I’ll have to try the ribs next time! Check this place out. It won’t disappoint!

Absolutely delicious! Decided to stop by for lunch and we got the wet brisket, ribs, mac ‘n cheese, slaw, and burnt ends. The meat’s flavor was amazing, didn’t even need the bbq sauce it came with which was also very good. The sides were both great as well but the Mac N Cheese was the favorite.

The burnt ends are to die for! They are so delicious! Slightly spicy, but spiced just right! So delicious! I’ve been waiting weeks to try them again! They expanded their hours but also were on vacation the last time I tried to go back, so check Facebook, because they do keep their hours up to date on there!

I was driving by on my lunch break, saw the food truck and was curious to see what it was. I was immediately greeted by Todd, the man with the plan. Told him I’d never eaten his food before and he gave me a sample of something he had cooking. It was definitely love at first bite. The flavors were amazing along with the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Can’t wait to come back and stuff my face with some more of that delicious brisket. Glad I stumbled onto this place today! I ordered a wet brisket sandwhich and it was one of the best I’ve ever had! The coleslaw was great too and has a faint habanero kick to it. Tod definitely pays attention to the quality and preparation of his meats. The food quality here exceeds many bbq joints and is even on par with the bigger places. Will be going back!!
