Our first visit to this well appointed, clean, and child free establishment, but won’t be our last! We were all very impressed with the deliciously, explosive flavors in the house recommended chicken appetizer we shared, followed by entrees with rich, blended, spiced sauces like I’ve never tasted before. Their long grain basmati rice is ala carte but easily shared by two. Having no unruly, screaming children was a delight for our table of four…and it is noted on their website and entrance.

I have traveled to India. I live in Huntington Beach, CA, and have a favorite Indian restaurant there, where they know me well. In June, 2022, I ate at the Indian Kitchen. Neel is most gracious, and the food is outstanding. I don’t come to the desert often, but will always return to the Indian Kitchen. 5 stars!

Indian Kitchen is absolutely amazing!! Each of the appetizers and entrees we ordered had the most delicious and authentic flavors of Indian cuisine. The deserts were out of this world!!! It was our first time dining there, and we will definitely come back many times. The owner, chef and staff are just incredible!!!

Definitely the worst Indian food I ever had. So oily and the curry was barely mild when I’d requested medium hot. It tasted as if there were key spices missing and the grease overwhelmed any that were in there beyond curry powder. I couldn’t eat any of it, it was truly inedible. It was a delivery and there was no sauce with the poppadoms that were stale with an unusual color, completely unspiced and white, more like a corn tortilla. I called about the missing sauce only and after being asked “what would you like us to do about it” said I wanted my dinner as ordered, I was offered a free 5$ order of poppadoms for next time I go in. There won’t be a next time at this really gross place with a couldn’t care less attitude that serves slop

We were excited to try this place, but unfortunately they don’t allow children! We were shocked, and unfortunately asked to leave promptly. Our kids are very well behaved and I had to explain why the lady was so rude to us. I think it is wrong to ban children, but if you do, why be rude about it?

nice ambiance except the chairs are a hard wood with no cushion, very uncomfortable!!! and every time a customer moves the chair to sit or get up from table, the chair makes a lot of noise. rice does not come with the dish, so you have to order it separately. my potato dish was served only a little warm, when potatoes are not hot they are not yummy. the other 2 dishes were warm enough. they use way too much salt

Amazing, amazing, amazing! Always seeking a tasty Indian restaurant not masked by jarred sauces and salt/salt additives. They were accommodating to dietary needs and even open to creating hybrid dishes. The restaurant was clean, timely, and service was personal. Wishing it was in my home state, I would be back weekly and bring all my friends and family. Definitely a place to try if your on the fence!
